Hello all, its been awhile since I've had questions but this has always been a very helpful place. I was discharged through chapter 7 in aug. 08, I have been paying my mortgage with countrywide ever since, I just recently made my first late payment, 30 day late. I paid it and I'm caught up but I am curious if that will be reported. I have read here that once you are discharged and if you do not reaffirm that countrywide stops reporting, does this include if you are late?? Thank you.

LEGALLY, you don't owe them money - that's why they can't report a balance or late payments.Filed CH7 9/24/2010, 341 on 10/28/2010, Disch.&Closed: 1/6/2011. FICO EX: 9/2: 672.
