Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER). It's an on-line system which allows the public to access the docket of the U.S. Federal Courts. That just happens to include the U.S. Bankruptcy Court as well.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

Any advice provided is not legal advice, but simply the musings of a fellow bankrupt.

Pacer has been a go between for me and my attorney. My attorney was not the model attorney and never really told us anything. I would always find out thru pacer. So needless to say, I am on Pacer everything to see if the last update date has changed, if it hasn't then i do not incur any charges. Otherwise, it is .08 per page.
