This is too open of a question.
What are you doing? Attending the 341 meeting? If attending the 341 Meeting, bring everything that you gave your lawyer.
If this is a hearing -- an actual courtroom hearing -- you really need to talk to your lawyer. You'll need any evidence, if it's an evidentiary hearing. In any event, your lawyer should have submitted all the exhibits anyhow beforehand.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

Any advice provided is not legal advice, but simply the musings of a fellow bankrupt.

Remember you need to bring your original SS card (not a copy) and your Drivers License or State ID with photo. Some Trustees require the bank statement that includes your filing date to see your actual balance on your filing date.Filed CH 7 9/30/2008
Discharged Jan 5, 2009! Closed Jan 18, 2009
I am not an attorney. None of my advice is legal advice in any way..

Generally, bring the following, just in case:
- (Mandatory) Driver's License or Government-Issued ID
- (Mandatory) Proof of Social Security Number
- Income Tax Returns (last 3 years)
- Pay Stubs (last 6 months)
- Copies of Leases
- Copies of Hazzard Insurance Policies (auto, home, renter's, boat...)
- Copies of Life Insurance Policies
- Bank Statements (as requested)
- Anything else you were asked to provide
Of course, you don't really need to bring all that if you gave it to your lawyer.
However, there's this guy Murphy who likes to show up sometimes. And he can cause your meeting to be continued if your lawyer forgot something.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

In yet another Florida District, a statement from the IRS showing that you owe back taxes, is better than an SSN card...Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

Hi Molly. I don't know which Missouri district you're in, but I'm in the Western district and we had to bring SS card and DL of course, but most of the trustees in our district also send out a set of questions (maybe 20ish questions) about a week before the 341. Fill those out the best you can and bring them with you to the meeting. Be prepared to discuss anything on that sheet-the trustee I had wanted a few more details on a few of them in my case and for most of the other people in the room (many of them were the same questions I'd answered with my attorney-general finance and transaction questions). Good Luck! And don't worry too much-most 341s seem to much much easier than we think they'll be!

Already had my meeting and was discharged on 2/19. I don't know much about the eastern district. There are several of us westerners on here and I know our district seems pretty sensible and fair for the most part. Good Luck!
