Thanks for the help! I received an e-mail from the counseling company with the details of date and time of the original e-mail to my lawyer. I hope this goes smoothly with re-opening. I will keep ya'll posted.

My attorney did me right. I spoke to his secretay and yesterday was the last day to file for motion to reconsider/vacate and was filed yesterday late after this was brought to theire attention, the last day to do so. So I am waiting for the ruling from the judge. Wish me luck

Very good. You have a stand-up lawyer, but he did save himself $260 or so.
