    Terminated?

Hi all, Well I'm on day 61 and still awaiting the discharge. I just checked pacer and went to the Documents/Hearing section. Just noticed an area I've never seen till now.

Under Deadline?Hearing it says "341 Meeting
    Event filed - 11-24-08
    Due/set - 12/30/08 and time
    Satisfied - Empty
    Terminated - 12/31/08
    Hearing Judge - Empty

Can someone please explain to me the terminated part?

Pacer has me as a NO ASSET case
    Trustees Report of No Distribution
Trustee requests to be discharged from any further duties as trustee.

Man I'm praying I'm OK and that my discharge will occur today! Talk about a stressful 6 months...sheesh!

It just means you have had your 341. There are no more waiting days until the 341, so the status is "Terminated".

Not a bad thing at all, you have just completed the 341 requirement.

Whew, ty so much for that. Guess it's just a waiting game now. Discharge is supposed to occur today (I'm on day 61 but I guess day 60 didn't count because of the weekend). Keeping fingers crossed !

          You're welcome.

Don't worry if your discharge takes a few days, or even weeks. Some districts are very busy, if you haven't had any problems, your discharge should come with no problem. It is often just a matter of a clerk getting into your case and updating to discharged, if your district is swamped or you are in a large metro area, it may take a little while, or it could come today.

          Don't sweat it too much.

Hey dindong. so far so good I think. Been checking my mail on a daily basis and haven't had any phone calls. Talked to my lawyer last week and she told me if there were any problems she would be the 1st to hear about it.
