we are waiting a couple more months to file a ch 7 so that our income will get down to pass the means test ( husband is on unemployment ) and to put some time between a couple of CC purchases ( 3200 ) we made a couple months ago , anyway it will be close but we should pass the means by approx 120 per month and i find out that Obamas increase of 25.00 per week will we added to better halfs unemployment check starting Monday !! Now normally that would be a good thing but for us it is just making it harder to pass the means !! How sad is that ??? 100 per month extra cash Should be a good thing but all i can think of right now darn thats gonna mess up my chapter 7 !!
