I have been here so long because my BK took forever due to the pre-filing waiting period, but only 30 more days now. I have watched experienced people leave and be replaced by the "new" experienced people giving advice. Except for a few, this is the way of a forum dealing with a particular issue.

Most people have a life outside BK forum and move on. lol

Hi, I am sill kicking. This week is a HUGEEEEE week for us... I am so damn nervous its not even funny. I will let you all know how it goes. Please pray for us. I am really nervous cause I was told it could last for 2-3 hours!!!!!!!!! Yikes. I cannot imagine the questioning for 2-3 hours.

How did you make out with all the letters you sent to the CC company's?

I was able to get BOA and FIA. My attorney was able to get a few. I am still waiting on about 6 more statements.

My attorney was aware of this since frigin Oct. as you all know. I have numerous emails saying that. Finally, they requested the statements cause I
told them that I have a note book with all information as to who I spoke to and what was said. I told the attorney that i was going to bring it to the deposition with me and tell the UST what I have done. I guess they must of
got nervous cause of my harse emails and phone calls and figured maybe they would get in trouble with the UST if they didn't do there job.

I sent a email to the attorney with demands and he called my husband and asked if i worked as a legal secretary. LOL.... Finally, we are getting somewhere with them.

This week is major. I will let you all know when the depo is over.

Good for you for keeping that notebook!! It's easy to be convinced that the UST is out to get you, but remember that they are there to protect the integrity of the system. They are the watchdogs over BK attorneys, too, so don't be surprised if your attorney seems more concerned about covering himself than representing you. Answer the questions carefully and concisely, be humble and be calm. Jump through this last hoop and you're done with this frickin' circus!

Oh, I hope so Help.... Its been sooooome frickin ride...I am really nervous about this and cannot wait until its over. I have all my papers out and I am going to write down lot of stuff tonight.
