Hello... New to Bankrupsy Board

Hello Everyone!

I was told about this board by a member here and wanted to say hi!

My Husband and I have recently gone over all of our financial issues and were told by an attorney who which we have been referring to, that it was best to file bankrupsy. So, we will be filing Chapter 7 Bankrupsy, full liquidation. Kind of scares me in ways, but its what we have to do.

Thanks. Im just kind of nervous about all of this.

Were right now in the process of trying to spend the money we need to, before we get back with our attorney. He wants us to spend half of our tax money we just got back and then get back with him.

Its funny.... when you dont have the cash on hand to get items you want or need, but then when you do, its like your mind goes completely blank. We were told to stock up on food, put money down for house payments, get items you would need to live on.
