Yeah, that was just a test run, the BK courts do that to test the level of adrenaline absorbed through the keyboards when accessing PACER.

Its a new govt project, subsidized secretly by the bailout money that Congress appropriated recently. Its a Green project, absorb all the adreneline and then funnell it into the power plants to feed the grids. No CO2gasses, great for the planet...


Man, I was thinking you deserved that bit of good news with all the crap you had to deal with, oh well, looks like discharge is looming near though, YAY!

Actually, I wasn't that disappointed. I was still in shock when they quickly corrected it. I hadn't yet celebrated. I see it as a preview for 9 days from today!

Well, poop. Checked pacer again today and I have an amended 341 set for April 1st. The last date for objections is still set for March 9th. Looks like I'll be taking a day off from work which I was told I can't on the new job site (no sick days, vacations, etc. for 6 months) to head back to San Diego.

Is there any way to do the 341 over the phone and fax in ID, SS card and paycheck stubs? This is really worrying me. I was told no time off for anyone for the next 6 months. Our company nearly filed for chapter 11 this week but instead was sorta bailed out by the major stockholders. Has this ever been done for someone who had to move before the end of a bankruptcy???
