brokejim: I understand your plight--been there and done that. PLEASE talk to some other attorneys--do NOT go with the first one you talked to. My husband and I did that, and while she seemed wonderful in the inital meeting, turned out to be a total dunce. This has cost us far more than it should have.

Please calm down--have a glass of wine if you need to. Read through this forum and purchase the nolopress.com Ch7 book if you need to.

Your situation WILL get better although you do not believe it now. Please trust me--it will.

          Lots and lots of HUGGS

One of the worst things you can do in a relationship is to keep secrets. They have a nasty way of coming out.

How secure are you and your wife in your relationship? You need to start talking, and talking honestly--not the rubish words you are both spouting to each other as greetings in passing--but communicating.

A BK can make or break a marriage. When my husband and I went to pre-marital counseling required by my Church, we both learned that the biggest breaker of marriages is financial strain. We learned then--more than 20 years ago-- that we both had to be open and honest and up front about everything.

Communication is the key. Good luck, best wishes and prayers are headed your way~~~~
