So what happened?....lol

Well so we got there an hour early like everyone else says they do. We wanted to watch some before ours. Well there was NO ONE in sight. We were the first ones there. The trustee finally got there about 11:45 and so did our attorney. Our Atty went in there to talk to the trustee and came and said we are good to go and we are FIRST up!!! I was like OMG we don't even get to watch anyone. So we went first and it was about 5 min under oath. Atty asked us a few questions and then the Tustee asked a few. The she mentioned these 2 names of people and asked us if we knew these people. We said no (honest truth) we had never heard of the names before. She said have you ever owned property at such and such street and we said no. She said OK and that was it for that. Then she said thank you and i am abandoning your tax refund. So now we wait for her report hopefully in the next few weeks and sit tight. We are now a member of the 60 day club. OMG I never thought this day would come. I have been soooo nervous to the point of pysical illness over this whole process. Thanks to everyone for their support and valuable information on this website.

Good to hear! If history follow's suit then that's a good thing, although the trustee has 10 days now to file their case for presumption of abuse.
