We owe 70,000.00 in credit cards. House is worth 70,000.00 and owe 20,000.00 balance on house. Would we lose our home. We live in ohio . Thanks kb

Those exemptions are out of date.
Even with the more generous exemptions available to Ohio residents, you have too much equity in your home for a Chapter 7.Comment
