Hello,
I'm a pro se non asset 7 filer on day 20 of my 60-day wait.
I just got a confusing notice from one of my credit cards.
One day after I filed, I called all the credit cards and told them I had filed for bk, and gave them the case number. This particular cc responded by sending me a notice in the mail that because they "learned you plan to file for bankruptcy," they were closing my account, and they asked for the formal notice. I knew that was on its way, and also, when I filed amendments, I made sure they got those too.
Flash forward a month and a half, and now I just received a notice from them increasing my interest rates and terms of service, and saying that if I don't take action, I accept the changes, and if I object, I can write them a letter.
But I thought my account was closed?
What does this mean?
