Hello again,
Forgot where i read this however i need some info.
We have renters insurance with State Farm here in Florida. Recently State Farm said they would stop issuing this however my agent said that could take up to 2 years.
We have a certain amount that i have never changed since we moved out of our apartment and in with my MIL. Since in all reality we do not have even 1/4 of what we had, i should go ahead and reduce the coverage amount, right?
The BK court and/or trustee will look into that, right? Example would be, and i have to confirm this, if i have 25K in coverage and the limit here in Florida is 5K per individual, would that look suspicous?
thanks again........
