    Keeping Auto Question

Filed Nov 10, 2008. Hearing was Dec 12, 2008. Seems like 60 days has past, but no paperwork from trustee. Foreclosing the house but keeping the cars. Cars are financed with Univ Colo Credit Union. Also had a Visa card with them, listed it on the Ch 7, but they reported it as a charge off to Experian before I even officially filed. Car payments are 15 days late this month. Received "Notice to Cure Default" from Credit union. Have until 3/11/09 to bring payments current, and we will.
No reaffirmation paperwork from the C.U. I assume this is what you all call a "ride through" on this forum.

Bottom of notice says:"If you are late again making payments we may exercise our rights without sending you another notice like this one."
I assume that would be making the entire loan due at once.

How likely are they to make the entire note due at once?
Should I reaffirm eventhough they haven't requested it? If so, will they refinance one of the cars to reduce the payment amount?
    Any suggestions are welcomed.
