My lawyer asked me specifically when I had the least amount of money in my bank account, and we estimated. They day I filed, I had $20. I provided him with a printoff of my online banking balance to proove it. The next day I had $5. They day after that, I got paid! So it was just about as good of timing as we could have hoped for.
My trustee never asked to see anything from after the day I filed.
She did ask to see 60 days worth of bank statements from the day of and before I filed, but I found out later it was because she had noticed that I had an engagement ring listed in my assets, and she wanted to determine if my finances were tied up with my fiance. (they aren't)
