Income between 341 and discharge - mine or estate's?

I might come off disability before my discharge. If I make income, does it belong to me yet? I was declared no asset at the 341.

Technically the estate is the Trustee's until discharge. Albeit you are allowed to start your life over after you file, just keep in mind the trustee can question anything at any time during this window. Heck even after you close for that matter!

Basically the only thing they can come after you for after closing is for undisclosed assets or a large inheritance.

I believe large bonuses can cause the case to reopen- if you have receievd them in the past especially maybe a reason for the case to be reopened. You are supposed to disclose this at your 341- that is if you are expecting one in the next few months- this was per the trustee.
