can we be forced into Chapter 13?

We are planning to file a Chapter 7 and all of our assets are exempted. We live in Illinois and are well below the median income for the past six months, since I had been unemployed it wasn't even close. However, I am starting a new job next week and even though I won't make much money, I'm worried that they will look at our budgeted numbers and force us into a Chapter 13. Does anyone know if Illinois will force an eligible Chapter 7 filer into a Chapter 13 if there is monthly disposable income? In reality, there won't be, because student loans will eat it up, but I'm worried about being forced out of the Chapter 7. Any thoughts are appreciated.
