    Pay stub help

    Hi Everyone,

I receive my check via direct deposit and my employer does not send me a paper stub. I asked Payroll if they could run a report for the information (6months worth.) They directed me to the Intranet portal page where I can print each of the pay periods information directly from the system. Is this sufficiant? I hope so? My attorny will be filing this information for me but wanted to get some infromation from here first..

    THANK YOU!

Yes, it should be. I have a PT job and that is how I get my Pay Advices (fancy term for pay stub that you will run into). If for some reason, it is not, your HR or Payroll personnel will give you that information--while they are grumbling under their breath.

    Good luck!

Many companies have that sort of system - it eliminates their having to distribute hard paper copies of payroll stubs when there is a check direct deposited. All your informaton will be available for you as to everything deducted from your paycheck and will list everything year-to-date for you (at least it should).

That's exactly how I had to do it as well. It was totally acceptable, and I was never asked about it. In fact, I even saved them as images on my computer and emailed them to my lawyer! LOL! I am such a geek.
