If you file one chapter then have to convert to another chapter, does your original filing date apply? Do you have to provide trustee with 6 more months of info? The reason I am asking is I hope to file chapter 7 but I am over median and just sqeak by on the means test but if I have to convert, will my filing date change and will I have to provide more info such as new bank statements, etc?
