Quick background:
My pro se case was filed on 12/2/08 and the 341 mtg was on 1/13/09. So far, most everything has gone smoothly...
I know I still have the debt management (financial management) course to take, so I wanted to check the due date to make sure I was ok. I log into PACER, pull up my case, and select deadlines/hearings...
To my surprise, the Financial Management requirement says "Satisfied 1/21/09"!
That's strange...I didn't take it yet (unless my subconscious made me do it in my sleep, knowing the deadline was approaching).
I put a call in to the bk court and left a voicemail, but no call back yet.
Does PACER represent the final word for your bk case? Because I have the printout (proof) right in front of me, and any $ saved at this time is great, but I digress...
What's your take on this, and what would you do? Do you think I'm good? Verify with the clerk? Take the course anyway? Ever heard of something like this?
