How come the 2004 UST trustee deposition that I was supeoned for last week doesn't not show on Pacer? There is absolutely nothing on pacer that states anything about it.

Maybe he lost the first set? Or maybe thinks he missed something? Be consistent in the information giving. Also, in my humble opinion, this gives you the opportunity to plead your case in a suggestive manner. he has not dismissed your case, but is taking another look. Again, I think this is a relatively good sign.
When I had to send another document to the UST, I sent it as requested AND I also included a heartfelt letter that was pointed, yet persuasive as to why the chapter 7 should go through as petitioned.
Send me a PM if you want to see some copies of my persuasive letters. Without these, the raw financial documents did nto come to life. My attorney believes that my letters were a big factor in the UST finally dropping the case.
