Should I file tax?

I have just recently filled out chapt 7 bk questionnaire and gave it to my lawyer. My question is, what do i do about my 2008 income tax file?

Should i file for my tax? As I am expecting a $900 tax refund...If I get that money do I need to give that money to trustee??

2nd option is to file for extension and wait until my BK is complete? I don't know anything about this so can some one pls advise.?

I do not have any assests in my chapt 7 BK. I live with my parents and just recently graduated from college and have tons of student loans and credit card debt with 20 hours part time job.

I am so deep in hole that its not even funny

you can file now. You may want to check with your lawyer to see if your refund is covered by an exemption.
