    2 QUESTIONS...After discharge

    Hello all! My first question is: What does it mean on PACER when it says TERMINATED? My discharge date shows: 2/3/09 and terminated: 2/6/09
    Hmmmm. And my next is: When can you start to rebuild your credit? After DISCHARGE? Or after my case is closed? Thank you!

    Terminated is the date your case was officially closed.

    You can start to rebuild credit immediately if you choose to. A lot of companies won't touch you until you at least get your discharge as they know that after you get that discharge you can't legally file bankruptcy again for several years.
