Which doc is missing a sig/date?

I found where it's missing. It's on the motion to reopen there is one signature that is not dated. On mondays I work from 9a to 7p so I'm going to have to see if someone can cover me for 10 minutes to get this done on my way into work.

At least I know that a human is actually looking at things... though it's bk clerk who wrote that deficiency and not the Judge. In fact, it was the bk clerk who closed the case without discharge. Is that weird?

Not weird. The Clerk's Office is allowed to issue certain documents, especially around procedural things. My clerk routinely sustains objections to claims under Fed. R. Bankr. P. Rule 3001 without the Judge ever seeing it.

when I look at the deadline schedule under the part of the missing document it never says that it was satisfied. It shows up in the document history but nothing in the satisfied margin. I wonder if that's why it was closed without a closer look?

Ok, I called the case manager and asked her why my motion to vacate the dismissal was never ruled on and she told me to refile it. Not sure what she's going to do about that but now I have a motion to reopen and dated it today (duh) and filed my debtors ed. certificate while I was there. EVERYTHING should be complete for my case. Let's hope at the end of business today I'm back in the 60 day club!
