Anyone not get this flag (Trustee's Report of No Distribution) in pacer and not have any issues?
We are around 40 days out of our 341 and we check daily to hope to see this flag one day.
We did have some good news that on 1/23 of....
BNC Certificate of Service - Notice of Sale, Auction or Abandonment
Which the trusee is going to abandon his interest in our home but I am still looking for the "No Distribution" which does not seem to be coming. Just hoping we dont see an extension soon.
