    Finally good news

After a scare at the 341 on 1/29, where the trustee wanted more information on the equity we had in our home, Trustee reports on Pacer say's "Trustee's Report of No Distribution"---

also my lawyer wrote--- "House & tax refunds all safe. Trustee has no further interest".

Thank-you to all of you and for this forum, everyone made this life changing ordeal a lot easier. Hopefully no more surprises thanks again Santa

You have equity in your home...what's that like?

Okay if anyone wants to take :30 to explain to me (maybe a few of us)...I hear this term a lot here, haven't found the definition (other than it was a crappy looking car)...

      1. What's a PACER?

      2. What's a PRO SE. (I assume lawyer filing himself or a person filing himself or???)
      $70k- Unsecured Debt
      $88k- Secured Debt (HELOC/2nd)
$200k- Land investment gone bad. (Land secured)
      1st- $366k / House Value- $300k

PACER is the public access to the courts electronic filings. Go here: http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/
It costs .08/pg - but if you spend less than $10/qtr you don't have to pay (most of us spend more than that just cruising the public records)!
You can check your case (BK) or anyone else's ...

Pro Se is exactly what you think it is...
