I've been waiting for Pacer to be updated.. my 341 was on 01/20/09 and it has continued to say "awaiting hearing", but today it says: "Trustee's Report of No Distribution/No Asset"!!!!! WOHOO!!! Whew! 45 days and counting.....

What does that mean? "trustee report of no distribution". We filed in December, had 341 Jan 13 and it says that on our pacer report too. Can someone let me know please?Comment

Trustee is reporting you have no assets to distribute to the creditors, which is a good thing.Comment

That's exactly what you want the Trustee to report - no assets and no distribution! Means you get to keep whatever you have exempted...yea!
