2- accounts for llc's I set up that are mostly empty and defunct.

check/savings for our personal stuff (local credit union)

check/savings I setup as backup in case the credit union kicked me out (which they didn't...they were quite nice actually).


If I don't post results, its because they sent me to the Gulag, or converted me to CH13 and I'm eating crackers and Ramen Noodles in a van down by the river.

The meeting was quiet and no issues were raised. For a non-consumer, with 3 apt buildings, and a day job just above the median, I'd say it want great.

It was in a courtroom, but the trustee was sitting alone at a small table in front, not the "bench". She was recording the meeting, probably for use later, but maybe that's why she didn't hammer us...figuring she can do so later after reviewing the tape. That didn't bother me, since she'll probably just call the attorney with issues.

So, we wandered in, waited for 2 other guys, and had our meeting.

It pays to have an older atty who has known the trustee for years. He said he knew her, but I couldn't be sure until the meeting. It was quiet.

Congrats, did you go to Detroit? I had a call yesterday from our lawyers office on answering machine, hoping it is good news and that he filed for us, been waiting a month now getting anxious. Just curious because he said there is a nice trustee and a not so nice trustee. Of course with my luck we will get the latter, lol. Good luck to you.
