Making some changes - thanks to you all

I have to say, this site is amazing to me. I have learned so much just from reading all the posts.

I have made some changes to the way that I perform financial transactions, I learned what will and will not flag a trustee to make my case more complicated - Hell before this site I did not even know what a trustee was.

I gotta say, I am not hiding any assets, I make way under the median, I am a single mom with a part time job and a LOT LOT LOT of CC debt. By all standards, I should be able to qualify no problem, but with all the tecnical stuff and paperwork involved in a BK, I am glad to have this site to help guide me in a direction that will help all go as smooth as possible.

I can say the same thing. Before I found this Forum, I didn't know much about the process or some really important things that helped me to successfully file and get a discharge with a Chapter 7 instead of a Chapter 13. Keep reading posts here, it really is a Godsend.
