I know, I know, I read the sticky! ;-) Except for my mortgage holder's motion for relief from the stay, I haven't heard a peep from anyone, including either trustee. Please send me some patience - mine is running out!

Hang in there. Today is day 70 for me and no discharge. The clerk at the court told me to call in 30 days if there has not been a discharge so everyone is correct, the courts are back logged. No news is good news I guess...................Comment

Day 60 was Friday (1/30) for me. we were already informed that there will be no discharge until income tax filings/refunds are received - we have weeks, if not months to wait!!Comment

Sorry to say, it can be so. We were originally scheduled to be discharged in April 2008. Then we were ruled an asset case with things to sell. Our date was pushed back to June 12, 2008. That date came and went.Originally posted by relief13035 View Post

We didn't get discharged until August 13, after we had called our case-worker to find out why. The reason? No Marriage license filed with the court--though we had a copy of it with us for the trustee, who didn't want it.
Once the Marriage license was filed and uploaded, we were discharged the same day!!!!!!!!
