    Pacer status

    Well finally got up the nerve to look at my BR status and this is what I found...

    Just read my BR status and Trustee says it's a no asset case.

    Also under Status Set By it states Chapter 7 Trustees Report of No Distribution !

    Sounds like good news. does this mean that my tax refund is safe? I talked to my lawyer and she said it should be fine.

    also ...what does terminated Statuses mean. Looks like i have 44 pages in this category?

      It looks like for all intents and purposes your case is done, and you are now waiting out the 60 days.

        The part where it states "Trustees Report of No Distribution". does this mean I can safely file my tax return? My return is pretty high mostly due to the Mortgage Interest.

        During my 341 the Trustee never once even mentioned my return.

          Also 44 pages of what? Now you must pay .08 per page look, however up to a certain amount. I don't remember what that is but you might want to invest in looking. Save the document to your hard drive so you do not have to spend the money a second time. 'Hub
