341 tomorrow and 1st day of new job

Everyone else is posting about their 341s and I've been anxiously awaiting my chance to post up my experience.

I got the word that I got a new job tonight after an intense interview and then an intense phone interview with someone across the country from me. Very very very excited about the job and ready to have this 341 out of the way!

I have all of my things gathered up and I feel like I'm ready to fly. My lawyer and his assistant have both told me that things should go very smoothly so I'm not going to worry.

Be prepared during your 341 in case the trustee asks if your financial situation has changed since you filed (most do).

Most lawyers will advise you that although you have been offered the new job, you haven't actually started it yet and have received no income from it yet either. Under these circumstances, you can honestly say "no", your financial circumstances have not changed since you filed.

I'm happy to report that the 341 went as smooth as glass.

I went in without worry and haven't given any negativity any power throught this whole thing by staying very positive about the situation and my filing.
