Also back from 341 - reporting the unexpected questions

I'm also back from the 341. I think it went fine, but I wanted to report to everyone the questions I didn't expect in case it helps anyone:

    - I am listed on my mom's accounts for safety, and he asked about the source of those amounts (even though listed in the schedules) and confirmed it was all her money

    - I had property listed as being held by somebody else, and he asked the nature, value, and location of that (also listed in schedules)

    - I had a business that ended with Katrina, and he asked if there were any assets and confirmed that it was indeed closed

    - I had a personal injury lawsuit earlier in the year and he confirmed that it was closed and the amount I received

Other than that, he was very friendly, smiled, apologized for mispronouncing my name and was sorry about my business in Katrina(!)

These were some things I thought he would ask about but didn't:

    - how did the debt occur?

    - anything about my 2008 tax return and expected refund

Some things that shocked me about other cases:

    - Several people came with discrepancies between the social security number on their card and their paperwork!

    - And all those with wrong social security numbers also all had attorneys!

    - One guy had to answer why he had bought 2 Rolls Royces, a Bentley, and several motorcycles!

On the way home, I went through the Baskin Robbins drive-thru. I recommend this to everyone.

    I'm glad it went well.

My 341 is tomorrow and I am about to die!! It's nice to read non-horror stories.

Oh, hang in there, it will be over soon! It's all so nerve wracking. I highly recommend the ice cream afterwards, especially if you have had an upset stomach as I have...

Welcome to the 60 day club.

Club Sixty... where the party starts in 60 days!

Note: not to be confused with Club Thirteen... where the party starts in 36 months, or 48 months, or 60 months... but somewhere within 5 years.

Jeez, in Los Angeles, the fad capital of the world I have seen everything BUT drive through Baskin Robbins.

I would weigh 500 pounds if there were one close by.
Very fortunate in the grand scheme of things but have learned my lesson.

It's better you don't check the Baskin-Robbins website, then. I won't tell you how close I am to Los Angeles...
