My first lawyer kinda sucks...my second (whom I haven't met with), works like 60 miles away. Does anyone actually have a lawyer that they have worked with in Phoenix or the surrounding (NW/W/E) areas?

Have you contacted the AZ State Bar Association? They often will recommend bk lawyers in your area if you ask. Here's their contact info:
