Let me see if I get this straight

Under the California exemption "2" system, wildcard of $1100+unused homestead for a total of $21,825 (single) or $43,650 (joint) can be used for pretty much anything of value that doesn't fall into the "households good and furnishing" exemptions (cars, art, money in accounts, etc...).

Given that I have negative or no equity in my home, but that I am fine in keeping it... I should be able to use the wild-card to protect my sole proprietorship inventory and account receivables (up to the limit).

    Right?

I think that's right EXCEPT I don't believe CA allows doubling.
