And.... today when I checked PACER it showed with the following key updates:

Disposition: Standard Discharge
Flags: CLOSED

Thank you to everyone for all your help and advice. (And a huge thanks to the attorney who was unbelievably helpful and picked up my "horse in mid-race" and called the UST. Again, if anyone is looking for a good atty in NY/NJ, I highly recommend this guy; feel free to PM for his name/phone number.)
