I am filing pro se, and so I called the trustee's office a week before the 341 meeting to see if they wanted me to bring anything other than what the court clerk told me I had to bring to my 341: 2006 and 2007 tax returns, and SS card and picture ID. I spoke to my trustee's assistant, not the trustee himself, and she told me that no, I did not need to bring anything else. I asked about bank statements, credit card statements, etc., and she confirmed that no, I don't need any of that. Should I take her at her word or start making copies anyway, just in case?
