I just met last night for the first time with a lawyer in PA to talk about starting the process.

My husband and I are from Pa and are currently working on a chapter 7, we went to see our attorney in November paid him in December and we are still waiting on him to file the paperwork. What part of PA are you from? Our attorney had concerns in regarding our Schedule J, says are fees may be to high....
