        Google Pacer for your district.

You have to sign up for an account with a credit card. Page views are .08 cents a page, but usually top out at 30 pages. For instance if a petition is 56 pages, you will only be charged 2.40 to view all the pages. You enter your BK case # after you hit the "Query" button, or simply enter your name.

One of the best places to look at is the "history/documents" query. Tick the box that says "Display Docket Text".

You can view everything that has been filed/docketed in your case.

Play close attention to the Date of Last filing. IF that date doesn't change, there is no need to view your case any further as nothing has changed in your case if the date hasn't changed, thus saving you some money on page views. IF the date changes, view the history folder and see what has happened.

Easy to use, you can also look at items like "Case Summary" etc.

        Hope that helped!

I never opened the pages. I just downloaded the .pdf files. Then I went back and would look at the most recent date.

Are you saying that it is cheaper if you download the PDF files?

Yes, From what I can tell. What I received was sufficient. You never have to open them again if you download them. I downloaded all my documents and owe $3.50. The site also says if it is below $10.00 they will not bill you. I have only been using it for less than a month. However, I downloaded every document submitted to the court.

Just wanted to say that you don't have to have a credit card to sign up. Having a credit card gives you instant access, where as if you sign up without one, they will send you your login and password via snail mail.
