Finding Account Info

I have the schedules and forms for my first meeting. The problem is, I seem to have mislaid letters from creditors from the past. I have not heard, nor paid in some time, and was wondering how/whom I should contact to get the information so it can be discharged?

Namely...Amazon credit account, and Sams Club credit account.

Go on the Internet and you will find info and account phone numbers. They can locate your balances and account number by using your phone number or name. DO NOT give your social security number except for the last four digits. 'Hub
