    Pacer Questions

Had our 341 on 1/7/09. Pacer status stills says awaiting first meeting but the Docket has this statement that was filed on 1/11/09 by the trustee.

'Meeting of Creditors Held and Disposition Pending '- what exactly does 'Disposition Pending" mean? I've seen from other posts that normally after the 341 the status changes to "Discharge Pending". Is different language used in different states. We filed in Maryland.

    Also,
On 1/21/09 a Certificate of Compliance was filed with this Docket text

"The Debtor(s) is/are certified as having complied with all filing requirements of 11 U.S.C. sec. 521(a)(1), with the exception of subparagraph 521(a)(1)(B)(iv), which is not filed with the Court pursuant to Administrative Order 05-04. (Horning, K) "

    What does the exception mean?

On 1/22/09 there was a Notice of Appearance Filed- Docket text "Notice of Appearance and Request for Notice Filed by GMAC Mortgage, LLC, as servicer for U.S. Bank National Association"

I know what Request for Notice means but what does the Notice of Appearance mean?

I did file my pay stubs, but my husband has been unemployed for 2 years so maybe that was the exception.

That is probably what it was.

I looked up Administrative order 05-04 and here is a link for your state

It basically states if you can't file the paystubs, you submit a statement saying so, which your Attorney probably did and thus excepting your husband from having to file them since he didn't work in the 6 months prior.
