Just got back from my 341

It was literally under two minutes.
He had me state my name and address, asked about 5 yes or no questions and then said, "Good luck!"

They were about an hour behind so I got to see some really interesting cases, like people who moved out of state but filed in CA.

But here's the kicker... There was a girl I had a HUGE crush on in high school that I never introduced myself to until one night of partying in TJ (I was young, crazy, and it was probably 2001) and I'm pretty sure I made a fool of myself. I never saw her again until today. It turns out she's an attorney and I had my 341 right in front of her!

    Discharged 3/24/09

Thanks everyone! I know I don't post much but I do lurk like a madman! This site has kept my sanity in tact! What a great community!

There was a moment where I think she noticed, but I was feeling so awkward it was most likely all in my head! LOL!

I am in San Diego, CA, to answer your question Abacore. Nice avatar!

Glad your 341 went well. We go to ours on Feb. 5th. After reading so many posts on here about the 341, we aren't too nervous. Just ready to get it over with and to become a member of the 60 day club.

Great story about the girl (and the 341 of course!). Next time you see her, you can possibly strike up a conversation if the buzz is still there. If she's an attorney working on bk cases, then there's a chance she wouldn't be looking dowon on you.

Great story! Life is so odd and funny sometimes.
