Chapter 7 in New Hampshire

This is my first posting, I been reading for a while trying to get the nerve to file but we really don't have a choice, my husband was out of work from September to December. We were never going to get out of this mess without help.

I hired a lawyer last night, we went over the details and I feel so much better... He put alot of our fears to rest. He collected all the preliminary expense, asset, and income info and said he could save all of our assets! He made it seem so easy, like everything is going to be fine! Do they all say that? Will it really be that easy?

Lawyers generally try to reassure you. Most will point out what they feel could be trouble areas, if he didn't point these out it is most likely your case is pretty straightforward.
