A couple of the trustees for my county were attorneys in a past lawsuit

My family was in litigation for a few years with a business neighbor. A couple of the current trustees for my county represented the opposing party.

If there is a conflict of interest, I know I can change trustees, but I really don't think my case should be heard in this city.

Would it be possible to have my hearing in the same district, but a different city?
