Hey Subprime - Yes, the UST trsutee did step in before the 341 and first try to hit us with abuse but the reg trustee at our 341 put in a motion to dismiss. Now the UST puts in for an extension for dismissal. Its like well i couldn't get them on abuse now i am going to look for something else. Every corner that we have turned with this BK it has been an obsticale! My nerves are shot.

Ya- B65 and I think there is someting to this, that if you have something creep up early on that there is more likelihood that the S#it will hit the fan later in the case. I still wonder if those out there that didn't have anything occur suddenly had something in the bottom of the 9th. I will start a new post on this sometime soon...
