The repo guys were just here for my jeep. Our Lawyer personally called the credit union were we have the loan through and told them of our bankruptcy last Tues. so they couldn't take our only vehicle. We are surrendering it and she said we would have at least 30 days. Our 341 isn't until March 6. These guys new nothing of our bk. My hubby has the truck at work (but his work address is in Findlay and he works here in town). They also were very rude and said "were is it because it hasn't been here in awhile." Well, our lawyer told us a week before we filed to hide it until we filed so we would have a car. So we borrowed my hubbys dads 89 truck that sits and was driving that with no heat. She told us last Wed it was ok to drive again. So it has been here for a week. I told them to contact my lawyer and they said no we need the car now. Are they allowed to do this. I said again contact my lawyer and slammed the door.

No my hubby has it at work. I told him to hide it and get his dads truck. I told them to call my lawyer and slammed the door. I am calling my lawyer in the morning. You know 2 guys at my door at night, home by myself with my 2 small children and them getting really shitty with me, very scarry.Comment

next time don't answer the door when you are there alone. you do not know who they are and no says you ever have to open your door just becauase you are there. i would not do it again if it were me.Filed Jan 23rd, 2009
