    Question about creditor matrix

I listed Comcast for $350 or so. Well, they sent a "final bill" a few months after my shutoff, which is around $600. Before you ask - yes I did return all the equipment. Its not equipment charges, its late fees, last months bill fees, etc...

My question is will I be responsible for the $250 difference, or is the whole debt discharged regardless?
    Retained bk7 laywer 8-12-08, Filed 12-22, 341 Meeting Scheduled 1-29-09
    Discharged 4-17-09!!!
Reason for filing: Medical, NOT irresponsibility with credit.

According to my attorney, because I asked a similar question, the entire balance is discharged, even if the amounts are not quite correct. However, he did say that if there were very large discrepencies then we would file an amendment. I don't think the difference in your bill represents a large discrepency (percentage-wise yes, but not in actual $$$)
    Filed CH 7 9/30/2008
    Discharged Jan 5, 2009! Closed Jan 18, 2009

I am not an attorney. None of my advice is legal advice in any way..

I got the same advice from my attorney. My last credit card statement said I owed $10,152 on my card. Then the collection agency sent me some mail saying I owed $11,308. My attorney said the dollar amount discrepancy didn't matter since we had the creditor listed on our schedule already and we had the collector listed on our credit matrix. I'm thinking you'll be OK.

Ok so I read that even things NOT on your matrix, you can still discharge in the bk.

I owe at&t $250, my contract ran out on 12-20-08 and I went with Sprint. Since I dont have the money, can I send at&t my bk 341 meeting notice, and it will be discharged?
