    Discharge - When?

I have a question for the group. My 60 day waiting period is up on Sunday, January 25, 2009. The trustee in my case already filed her report as a no asset case. Some of you may remember that I had to an amendment about two weeks ago to add some assets that I forgot to list in my original schedules. As of today, PACER shows the amendment was filed, however nothing else. My attorney told me the trustee may switch the case to an asset case because I can't exempt some of the extra assets.

What are the chances the discharge will be held up because of the amendment? Should I still expect to have the case discharged shortly after the 60 day waiting period is up? If the trustee decides to make it an asset case, will I see that on PACER or will my attorney just receive a letter/phone call from the trustee?

I have 11 days left in the 60 day club and I am even more nervous than ever because of the amendment. I don't want my case held up. UGH

The amendment should not delay your discharge.

If you're considered an asset case, it will show that on PACER.
