You have 45 days from the FIRST meeting of creditors. (341)

I did mine with 20-30-50 money plan ( or something like that) You can breeze through the whole thing and then the last page keeps reloading every minute until the 2 hours have passed. It was 14.95.

Very easy and painless, just left it for 2 hours up on my PC, took about 20 minutes to read through all the budgeting info.

We're going to do our pre-discharge course thru Sage:
Sage Personal Finance is approved nationwide by the US DOJ to provide the required second course for individuals going through bankruptcy. Register now!

It is $35 per couple so I think that is a decent price and have seen some good reviews.
          11/18/08 filed CH 7; 341: 12/11/09, cont'd to 01/06/09
          03/21/09 341 hearing for CH 13
04/27/09 Confirmation hearing for CH 13
          $199/mth for 60 months + $9K 2008 income tax refund

            completed here

We completed ours, and unlike the pre filing course (With the same company) this one actually took 2 hours. (and that was straight through... no breaks, pauses, etc.) Actually 2hrs and 4 minutes!

It did have some good info, as well as a few items to download to create budgets, action plans, etc.

I used them too. $14.95 was a great price. My Lawyer called me and gave me kudos for finding a cheap credit counseling on my own, instead of using theirs ($50). I told them if the Trustee even so much as questions anything, Im going to pipe up about it and earn browning points!! lol
